Re Heating Instructions for Pulled Pork and Smoked Turkey

*Turkey is fully cooked, any pink-ness is a result of the smoking process

  1. Pre heat oven to 350F
  2. Cut open Cryovac bag with turkey
  3. Take out turkey, place in foil pan, and pour cranberry BBQ sauce over top. Take out pulled pork, place in separate foil pan, and pour traditional BBQ sauce over top.
  4. Cover both, and place on middle rack
  5. Reheat for approximately 25-30 minutes, until minimum internal temperature of 160F
Baking Instructions for Baked Beans
  • Pre heat oven to 350F
  • Keep covered, and place in oven on middle rack
  • Bake for approximately 25 minutes, until minimum internal temperature of 160F
Baking Instructions for Peach Cobbler
  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Keep covered, and place on middle rack for 15 minutes
  • Remove foil lid, and bake until brown sugar on top is melted and begins to caramelize
  • Rest for 15 minutes prior to eating
