Cooking Information

ROSEMARY LEMON CHICKEN

  1. Chicken is raw, and requires cooking to an internal temperature of 165F
  2. Pre heat grill to high
  3. Preheat oven to 350F
  4. Spray grill with noncook spray, or rub with vegetable oil
  5. Open croyvac freezer  bag with chicken and place chicken breast onto hot grill
  6. After 1 minute, rotate chicken breast 90 degrees to create cross-hatch grill marks
  7. Flip chicken over, and repeat grill mark process
  8. Chicken should still be internally raw, with the outsides seared
  9. Place chicken back in foil pan, cover, and roast in oven middle rack until internal temperature of 165F

SMOKED SALMON

  1. Enjoy cold, with dill mayo

BROCCOLI

  1. For best nutrient retention, the recommended cooking method is to steam, if equipment is available. Broccoli can be boiled if necessary.
  2. Cook for approximately 5 minutes, until broccoli begins to soften, but is still firm to the touch
  3. Toss in garlic butter

FOCACCIA

  1. Focaccia is parbaked and needs to be cooked more to finish
  2. Preheat oven to 350F
  3. Wrap in foil, or place covered in tray
  4. Bake for 15 minutes
